This blending of Batman: The Dark Knight Part 1 and Part 2, released as a single cohesive whole under the subtitle (Deluxe Edition), is, quite simply, the best superhero movie ever put to screen. A testament to what can be done by basically translating your source material shot-for-shot. It can't always work, but here? Boy does it ever.
Final rating:★★★★½ - Ridiculously strong appeal. I can’t stop thinking about it.
